New Unified Contact Pages Across All APES CIC Websites

One simple way to get in touch with APES CIC, no matter which of our websites you use.

APES CIC has launched a new unified contact page system across all four of our public websites:

This change means that whether you are reaching out about animal rescue, pet care, conservation, or even shop orders, your request will all go through the same system. The new setup allows our staff, volunteers, and even students on placement to help manage requests—making sure nothing is missed.

Why the change?

Our old system relied heavily on email mailboxes, but these became overwhelmed with spam, making it harder for us to pick up genuine requests quickly. By moving to a centralised ticketing and contact hub, we can keep track of every message, route it to the right person, and give you quicker responses.

As part of this move, we are removing email addresses from our websites. Anyone attempting to email one of the old mailboxes will now receive an automated reply asking them to visit www.apes.org.uk/contact.

What you’ll find on the new Contact Pages

📩 Open a Ticket

You can open a ticket directly to the client services team for the website you are using. This makes sure your message is picked up by the right area from the start.

☎️ Call Us

Prefer a voice on the other end of the line? You can still find our landline numbers for each service. For those who prefer traditional contact, you can even write us a letter and send it by post.

🗂️ Open a Ticket to a Department

Know exactly which department you need? You can now raise a ticket straight to them—for example, rescue services, clinic appointments, shop orders, or conservation enquiries.

📚 Knowledgebases

Each of our websites also features a growing Knowledgebase section where you can browse articles. These cover common questions, advice, and practical help—sometimes saving you the need to raise a ticket at all.

🌐 Social Media

Stay up to date with APES CIC by following us on social media. Updates, campaigns, and important announcements are always shared there first.

How you can help

Every request we answer helps an animal, supports a carer, or strengthens conservation. Please use the new contact pages whenever you need us—it makes sure your message is seen and dealt with quickly.
