MyAPES will be offline for upgrades in late September
MyAPES will be briefly offline in late September 2025 for essential improvements.

MyAPES will be temporarily offline for a few days in late September 2025 while we carry out planned improvements. We’ll post a final update 24 hours before the downtime starts, and we’ll confirm as soon as the site is back online. Thank you for your patience while we make things better.
Why is MyAPES going offline?
We’re improving how MyAPES works behind the scenes so your experience is faster, simpler and more secure. Exactly what’s changing? Shhhh… that’s a secret for now. We promise to share the full story once everything is live and tested.
When will the downtime happen?
The maintenance window will fall in late September 2025 and last for a few days. To help you plan, we will:
- Publish a final reminder 24 hours before the downtime begins.
- Post again the moment MyAPES is live.
If anything changes, we’ll update this page and our other APES channels promptly.
What services are affected?
During the downtime, www.myapes.me.uk will be unavailable. This includes member log‑in and any tools or forms hosted on MyAPES. Our other public websites will remain available.
If you need help while MyAPES is offline, please use our other channels:
- Visit the APES main website at www.apes.org.uk for organisational information and updates.
- Use the contact pages on our public sites to reach the right team.
- Check the APES Newsroom for the latest service notices.

If you run services that depend on MyAPES, please share this notice with your team so everyone is ready for the short interruption.
Stay updated
We’ll publish:
- A final 24‑hour countdown update before maintenance starts.
- A “we’re back” update as soon as MyAPES is live.
Please check the APES Newsroom and our main site for these announcements. If you have questions during the maintenance window, use the contact options on our public websites and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Thank you
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this short downtime may cause. The work we’re doing will help us serve you—and the animals in our care—more effectively.
