Changes in Reservation Fees

Exciting Update from APES CIC: Reservation Fees Have Changed! 🐾✨

At APES CIC, we’re always looking for ways to improve our adoption process and make it more accessible for everyone interested in welcoming an exotic animal into their home. We’re pleased to announce that we have revised our reservation fee structure to better support your journey towards adopting a new family member.

What’s New?
The previous reservation fee has been adjusted to streamline the process, making it easier and more straightforward for prospective owners to reserve their perfect animal. The updated fee structure is designed to keep the process fair and transparent, ensuring that each adoption is handled with care and professionalism.

How Does It Work?
When you begin the adoption journey with us, you'll now be required to pay a £30 reservation fee. This fee guarantees your place in the queue and helps us plan our resources effectively. The fee is payable upon submitting your reservation form and is valid for one month, giving you ample time to complete the remaining steps of the process. If more time is needed, a further fee of £30 can be paid after the initial month until the adoption is finalised.

Great News from APES Times! 🚀 We’ve Removed Shelter Surrender Fees – with a Small Twist

At APES CIC, we’re always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of exotic animals and their owners. Today, we’re excited to announce a significant change that we believe will help more animals find loving new homes: we have officially removed shelter surrender fees! 🎉

What does this mean for owners?
Surrendering an animal can be a difficult decision, and we want to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. By removing the surrender fees, we hope to encourage responsible rehoming without financial barriers.

However, to ensure we can continue providing the best possible care for these animals, we do ask for a small contribution — a mandatory donation of the animal’s enclosure. This helps us maintain high standards of care and ensures that the animal’s habitat can be properly managed or repurposed for future residents.

Flexible Donation Options
For your convenience, we offer owners the choice to donate the enclosure at the end of submitting the surrender form. This way, you can decide based on your circumstances, knowing that your contribution will directly support other exotic animals in need.
